Your spine is like your suit of armour, and when you are growing and developing, it can mean a lot of physical and functional changes! Getting checked by a chiropractor can be helpful in detecting issues early on— even before pain! When looking after children, we generally recommend “Wellness” visits, to check in on spinal growth, developmental milestones, neurological function, primitive reflex integrations, and so much more. Many parents opt to bring their children in proactively, instead of reactively for care.
